Delivery and service terms 

KirsiK Energy Medicine Oy (y-tunnus 3349140-8) sells energetic group and individual healing sessions, retriet tickets, education, educational products and energetic analyses to natural and juridistic persons and comparies (hereinafter a client). We reserve a right to change the delivery and service terms as well as prices. The service and product prices are informed with value added tax (VAT). The VAT is 25,5%.

Ordering

The order of a service or a product takes effect by paying the ordered services or products in the online store checkout or directly to KirsiK Energy Medicine Oy company as a bank transfer. When making your order you accept these service terms and the price. When you have placed the order in our online store you get an order confirmation to the email address you have provided us with when placing your order. The order confirmation contains information on the ordered service(s) or product(s) and the price(s). Services and products paid directly to the company account and their payments are always agreed with the service provider in advance. 

 

Payments

As an e-commers payment broker serves Holvi Payment Services Oy (y-tunnus 2193756-4) which is registered to a Finnish register of payment institutions. You are directed to make a payment via Holvi Payment Servides online store. Holvi Payment Services forwards payments to the online retailer. Making a payment is safe as all the information related to the payment is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no external parties sees the payment information. The deal is made between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.

Via Holvi Payment Services you can make a payment with credit/debit cards and online banking. 

 

Delivery and return

Confirmation of the purchase of the service or product will be sent by email to the email address provided at the time of purchase.  Immediately after delivery, the customer must check the functionality of the product and make a complaint about the non-functioning or other defect detected in the delivery, and deficiency without delay.

 

When a place in a group session is confirmed, there is no right of cancellation after that, but if necessary, you can transfer your participation to a similar treatment arranged later. After paying for the individual healing package, you commit to going through the healing package in its entirety. You confirm your place in the educational training by paying a commitment fee, after which the registration is binding; If the training is left unfinished, the commitment fee will not be refunded. If the interruption occurs for a compelling reason (e.g. serious illness), the procedures for the situation will be agreed separately with the education provider.
